The Mediterranean band is characterized by the presence of high Mediterranean vegetation, where the strawberry tree, the cysts, the broom of Spain, the heather, the ginestrone, the thorny broom, with stands of holm oak, hornbeam, ash, maple, and others are highlighted.
The olive groves and the vineyards are very well represented, cultivated on land arranged on terraces, which testify the hard work of the laborious peasant civilisation. We also find scattered plants of cherry, figs, mulberry trees, and various other fruit-bearing.
We then pass through the Oaks (oak, Cerro, etc.) and for the vast chestnut groves, also arranged, in large part, with terraces or lunettes.
